The following classes are held at 59 Gahans Avenue Woonona 2517 (see map 1 below) and are taught by Gillian and Richard Budden.

** Please bring yoga sticky mat, cushion & warm blanket to these classes.

Term Fees

Progressive & Pre-natal classes:      $120 (concession $95)
Other classes:                                  $110 (concession $85)

A second course of classes per term receives a 50% discount

Description of classes

Pre-natal Yoga
Gentle yoga practices and relaxation for the health & well-being of mother and baby, suitable for women who are 12 weeks or more into their pregnancy.

Gentle Yoga and Relaxation
Relaxation, yoga postures and  breathing practices for students who require gentle physical activity.

Introductory Yoga
A basic introduction to yoga postures, breathing practices and relaxation designed to reduce stress, improve health and create a stronger sense of well-being.

Level 2 Yoga
Suitable for students who have completed at least one term of yoga and
who wish deepen their understanding of the practices. These classes may include chanting & meditation.

Progressive Level - classes two hours
Suitable for students who have been attending classes regularly for at least 12 months
and want to experience more advanced practices.  Classes include chanting and meditation.

Stretch, Tone & Relax
A general class with an emphasis on stronger yoga postures designed to improve strength, fitness and flexibility through awareness.


Parameadows Class (for Parameadows Staff only)

Relaxation, yoga postures and  breathing practices for students who require gentle physical activity.

All classes include breathing practices and a deep relaxation (yoga nidra).
